The highlight of my trip to Japan

Yay! My first proper personal piece in 2018. I've had the tradition of painting the countries and places I've visited and my first holiday to Japan was no exception!
The boat ride down the river (for the life of me I can't remember the name of) was lovely and it was our first day in Japan with snowfall!
But yes, in a nutshell, this was the highlight of the trip. :)

Artblovk's Inktober Show Signing

Last night's Inktober Show at Artblovk was awesome and I'm glad I got to meet new faces and see old friends! A big shout out to Eddie Cee and Tricia Wee for making it happen!

It was great signing along side Luis Esteves.

I decided the theme I'll be doing for this year's Inktober will be to conceptualize a personal project that I'm finally coming back to work on. Can't wait to churn more art out!

Book Edits!

The book's progress is picking up speed as I slowly get back into the groove..! 

Shortly after the inflamed nerves in my wrist had gotten better, I was hit by a Viral Infection that wiped me out completely for 7 days and still recovering now after 2 weeks.. When it rains it pours. 😖
The production of the book has been delayed substantially and some days it really is a challenge to get back into it, with all these curve balls Life throws at us.

While these days I try my best to keep my engine hot and running, even after a crazy day at work, it's so important to remind myself that our greatest asset is our health!!
So please take care of yourselves no matter how busy you are! Buy that orange you see on offer and remember to drink water frequently!!
